6/01/09... In keeping with 2010 program goals, Leonardtown Lacrosse will be participating in raising funds for the Wounded Warrior Project. The money is generated to bring families of injured soldiers together for a day of honor and recreation at Greenwell State Park. Tickets sold will be drawn for over $25,000 in cash prizes! We are asking each player to buy 2 raffle tickets @ $5.00 per ticket. You can keep them for yourself or sell them to friends, family, and coworkers. If you wish to buy more than 2, we encourage you to do so.  We are asking for the $10.00 minimum up front as we have a deadline to return our potion of sales to the local Elks Chapter here in St. Mary's County. Tickets will be available for p/u at Summer league. Please consider supporting this very worthy cause. Elise Peek Feldman

6/28/09...  Congratulations to LHS Academic All Americans: Shannon Bonnel, Tae Errington, Emily Shafer, & Claire Tiffany.  Also to our first ever All American award, not only for LHS but for SMAC: Tae Errington (Honorable Mention All American).
